在第一次重启后有滚动条和下面的一行“© 2006 Microsoft Corporation. All rights reserved."
但是没有以前版本的ms徽标，之后就蓝屏了（STOP）。
请高人解释是怎么了并提出解决方法，万分感谢
3楼看到的那个论坛我也去过了，但对方是nvi的raid卡而且是由xp升级上去的（利用了xp已安装raid驱动）。
但是build 5308已经不能由xp升级了（那个发帖的说的是可以，但msdn上就指出了不能，所以他的帖不一定是真实的）
唉！
安装软件问题！
驱动不对！导致系统蓝屏，才会停止错误！
进入安全模式卸载了重新安装吧！
不是你用砖头拍偶！

可以下载下来看看，应该会解决问题的
当然要现在安全模式下把原版本卸载，找到比vista 5308高的程序应该会解决的．

Great news indeed Pyr0 and I'm glad you spotted this - it looks like the way to go about it, is via a clean Windows XP Pro install with full drivers (chipset and network adapter principally), having been installed, but without any other applications or AntiVirus , and then running an Upgrade Install from within XP.
Although I had the floppy disk fully in the drive and there was a bit of scratching at the floppy I don't think that there was actually any driver installtion taking place from the floppy as it did not seem to be any significant activity there at all.
The drivers I had installed for the NVIDIA nForce(tm) RAID Class Controller are:
nvraid.sys - 5.10.2600.0552
nvraidco.dll - 5.10.2600.0359
nvraiins.dll - 5.10.2600.0359
and for the NVIDIA nForce4 Serial ATA RAID Controller:
nvatabus.sys - 5.10.2600.0552
idecoi.dll - 1,0,0,1
idecoins.dll - 1,0,0,1
I know you keep real up to date with your drivers though and mine are a bit old but I don't think the driver versions will matter.
At the moment I am having some hastles with the old software that was installed (Antivirus, HP software and some other stuff) which is why I am suggesting a good clean XP Pro install before going for the Vista install. I think I will format and reinstall in this way in the next few days too just to make sure this wasn't all a fluke
