查人人中国名人网2017cet4考试时间:局域网中的Jsp页面为何不能被访问？

我的同事在局域网中用jsp+Tomcat架设了一个网站，他自己可以通过http://localhost:8080访问，但是我们却不能通过他的ip进行访问(http://10.58.70.92:8080).IE返回的错误信息如下：
