查人人中国名人网思途旅行社系统:是高手的就进来，我的电脑出毛病了

我的电脑最近一开机就弹出两个系统对话框，英文的，我又看不懂，我不知道该怎么解决，是不是出什么大问题了啊，谁能帮我把电脑治好，在下感激不尽。
第一个对话框：
Buffer overrun detectde!
Program:C:\WINDOWS\system32\RUNDLL32.exe
A buffer oerrun has been detected which has corruted the program"s internal state. The program cannot safely contiue execution and must now be terminated.
第二个对话框：
Buffer overrun deteted!
Program:C:\WINDOWS\Explorer.EXE
A buffer overrun has been detected which has corrupted

系统模板出错，浏览器也出了问题，是刚装的系统吗？如果是你就去注册表里把这俩个关了，开始运行REGEDIT ，如果是旧系统你就去装一下~
