查人人中国名人网台北捷运到几点:有关XP启动盘的问题

我的电脑没有软驱，于是就用 U盘做了一张XP的启动盘，里面有Command.com、Io.sys、MSDOS.SYS三个系统文件。把BIOS改为用USB-ZIP启动后，我晕！屏幕显示如下字符：

然后用DIR命令时，出现盘符错乱的情况。
这是怎么回事呢？应该怎样解决？？
