二手车第三方检测收费:BitComet不能连接问题

我下载了BitComet0．61的但是我下载它根本没动，就像没有连接上一样一直是0！
种子都是100以上的！
不知道是为什么呀！
高手帮忙一下呀！！
比特精灵也一样都是0！！
我的是XP的防火墙只是系统的，已经解除了！
我只装了个瑞星杀毒，没装其他防火墙！
