电脑关机黑屏以后出现以下字幕：
If this is the first time you're seen this stop error screen,restart your computer.
If this screen apear again,follow these step:
Check to make sure any new hardware or software is properly installed.If this is a new installation ,ask your hardware or software manufacturer for any windows updates you might need.
If problems continue,disable or remove any newly installed hardware or software.Disable BIOS memory options such as chahing or shadowing.
If you need to use Safe Mode to remove or disable components,restart your computer,press F8 to select Advanced Startup Options,and than A problem has been detected and windows has been shut down to prvent damage to your computer.
然后我重起再关机后又出现这些字幕，我想知道我可以怎么办？如果是强行关电源我又怕会丢失材料，请教~~
我不知道我之前做过什么，无非就是下载一些软件、电影什么的。
对，就是蓝屏~！！我这已经是XP 的了，而且是专业版的，所以说~~郁闷啊~~
