装了杀毒软件后，电脑关机时就显示蓝屏，上面打了英文字幕，大概我翻译了一下，是说我的软件或硬件的新设置方式不对，，等等，但要怎么设置呢，帮帮忙

最好的方法只有重装系统（你可能是软件装多了，有不兼容的，所以有蓝屏发生，我也有过类似的，是不是有点烦躁嘛。重装一下，如果不是硬件有问题应该都能解决的！）
可以更换杀毒软件~有时是因为程序冲突~
