开始-->运行-->net stop messenger
只要禁用信使服务就可以让它不再打扰你.方法是:"控制面板"-"性能和维护"-"管理工具"-"服务",找到"MESSENGER"双击,把"启动类型"设成"禁用"就可以禁信使服务了.
在控制面板-管理工具-服务和应用程序-服务
找到“messenger”服务，,右键-属性-停止，禁用
