[内容摘要]：前几年我国很多高校的盲目扩招导致了现在大学毕业生就业成为社会关注的焦点，而大学毕业生就业过程中的不公平问题又可谓是焦点中的焦点。虽然国家为就业采取了一系列政策来缓解就业压力，但是，笔者发现在大学生就业中还存在一些不为人所觉察的不公平现象。笔者希望通过此文能够唤起大学毕业生的权利意识，也呼吁国家能够尽快出台一部《大学生就业法》来调整这一社会问题。

The blindness of a lot of universities in our country expanded and employed and caused graduate's employment to become the focus that the society paid close attention to now several years ago, and the unfairness question that the graduate obtain employment in the course may be the focus in the focus . Though the country has adopted a series of policies to alleviate the pressure on employment for employment, however, I find that some unfairness phenomena not aware exist in university students obtain employment . I hope to arouse the graduate's right consciousness gently through this, call upon country can issue one " university students obtain employment law " to change this social concern as soon as possible too.
