Windows Installer是windowns 里面一个重要的服务。我安按系统不知道为什么这个就坏了，我从网上下了一个“Windows Installer CleanUp Utility” 文件，安装时他说我的Windows Installer是错误的，，请问怎么解决？？我用的是XP系统
windowsupdata自动更新同意安装后——第一项就是Windows Installer 3.1 及后台传送。
或者，找一个下载好了。
Windows Installer故障也许不是Windows Installer本身引起的。例如DCOM等服务被停用也会造成Windows Installer故障。不过，如果确是可以下载新版本Windows Installer安装，解决问题。
建议下载最新的windows installer 3.0替换老版本,并且使用sfc /scannow检查文件保护状况
