最近xp关机老是蓝屏 隔几天就有一次，究竟是什么故障，请各位高手赐教谢谢

驱动？我用的是两条内存，一条是华硕原厂的 ，这条检测不出生产厂家，另一是金士顿的，他们的驱动不共用吗？

唉，WINXP一旦启动蓝屏就不好办了，一般要重装系统才能解决。你先尝试下这两个方法：
1.开机时按F8进安全模式，（不一定能进入，有可能还是蓝屏），进了安全模式把天网卸载掉，再重启看还行不行。
2.要是能进安全模式，而系统还原又没有关闭的话，使用系统还原。
3..开机按F8，在启动菜单里选“恢复最后一次正确的配置，”，再重启看看。
在未查出是何原因之前建议你别再安装天网了，防火墙有很多，可以换一个。 不行的话，重装一次系统就没问题啦，我以前也遇过这种问题的
先卸载再重新按装
ghost恢复一下吧！
