这个问题出现多长时间了？你重装过系统么？如果没有就去重装一下吧！应该能够解决。
如果重装系统之后还是这个问题，那应该是你的某个硬件的驱动跟系统有冲突，那就去网上下载一个最新的驱动就ok。
