是大航海三的...一开始就给我三万块钱...
我不知道三万块钱要怎么花才赚啊..在自己的家乡盖几个房子收的房租晕.没有比地税多.每段时间都在赔...开个厂每周要.一万多开销.可没造多少出来..
外加原材料费用..偶都不敢开工厂了...
只得拼命三天两头在外面跑船.. 不跑不行.不然就没有收入了...而且还得住外掂钱....

有哪位朋友帮帮我... 除了海上贸易..

for me,i will choose trading and lending money to others because it give more income then building house and factory.

If you want to build house and factory,you have to build the housing first and followed by the factory so that you house can be rented by resident there.

For the factory you choosing,you have to choose the most demand goods that can sold on the other place with high price.This is to ensure that you goods can be sold out and get income to paid back your factory expenses. (You can set auto trading for this type of goods because it will have the same path to sold all the time.)
