你的安装文件应该是一个rar格式的压缩包，或者是一个自解压的exe压缩文件对吧，先安装winrar，然后在安装文件上点右键，将其解压缩到你的硬盘上，然后再安装
不能初始化设施。不能提取wise0132 .dll文件
位置在 'c:\document~1\creep\locals~1\temp\glc28d.tem'
crc 不匹配。
初步怀疑是系统缺文件
或者是在你安装的软件安装之前还需要一个特别的环境
