当主句为一般现在时,从句用过去的某种时态
1，因为没有hope sb. to do 的用法；
2，因为是he said,不是he says。
hope和wish这种题，恐怕也只有中国这样较真得国家才会考试时候出。很无聊得题。如果非要解释，大概就是HOPE一般指愿望，希望，比较宏观得那种，而WISH指具体的事情上的期待，想要如何去做。
