seller shall issue proforma invoice from refinery (include details of loadinging schedule , vessel name,vessel laycan)and corporate invoice to buyer and acknowledge by l/c issuing bank and bank telex the swift on the non-operative DLC to the seller`s bank within 5 days .the seller will issue the allocation and pop(proof or product)documents consist of the following within 7days after buyer`l/c
issuing bank acknowledge of the proforma invoice
A.copy of statement of availablility of the products
B.copy of license to export issue by libya ministry of energy
C.copy of approval to export issued by the libya ministry of justice
100% DLC will be activated /issued at sight within 5days after buyer inspect the cargo at load port.
delivery commence as per contract. third party documents are acceptable.
a full set clean ,shipped on board ,ocean bill of lading ,endorsed,signed by the ship captain,quantity and packing list ,marked"freight prepaid"in three originals and three copies
invoice signed in four sets
packing list in three sets
certificate of quality and quantity issued by sgs in original at the loading port
certificate of origin in one original
