Abstract
1.This paper studies the relationship among the Hydrophile—Lipophile—Balance (HLB) value, the emulsifying temperature, and the phosphatidylcholine (PC) content in the soybean phospholipids,as well as the effect of PC content on the emulsifying effectiveness: ever increasing the PC content and the emulsifying temperature, the HLB value in the soybean phospholipids also increased, while the emulsifying effectiveness of the soybean phospholipids changed worse, and its delaminating time reduced.
2.This paper studied the optimum emulsifying conditions of phospholipids as the emulsifying agent of diesel-chemical alcohol combined fuel: at common temperature and pressure, diesel: chemical alcohol (V:V)=80:20; and the agitating rate was 13000 turn/min, the agitating time was one minute, the additive amount of the condensed soybean phospholipids was 3 percent.
3.This paper compared the emulsifying effectiveness of soybean phospholipids combined with other emulsifying agents to diesel-chemical alcohol combined fuel: the experiment shows that the emulsifying effectiveness of phospholipids alone was not better than that of the combined emulsifying agents, but the emulsifying effectiveness of the combined emulsifying agents containing phospholipids was better than any emulsifying agent used alone, and the phospholipids significantly improved the stability of the emulsifying solution. The emulsifying agents, which combined with span 85, Tween 80, and condensed soybean phospholipids mixed at the rate of 80:10:10, prolonged the stable time of the mixed fuel up to 72 minutes.
