摘要:茶叶市场发展战略就是要根据茶叶市场的规律,确定其所要达到的营销目标和实现营销目标的总体行动计划,主要包括目标市场的选择与定位、企业市场营销策略选择及主要实施措施等。本文从我国茶叶在国际市场竞争中的地位和实力的基础上提出我国宜发展具有竞争优势的绿茶及特种茶、实施绿色营销、内外营销的茶叶标准并轨且与国际标准接轨,积极建立品牌形象的思路。利用销售市场理论的CS的营销方式结合茶叶的销售特性分析茶叶市场各个经济主体横纵向销售方式的形成和国内茶叶市场的结构特征,并据此得出了我国在茶叶市场销售中应采取的合理行为以及国内茶叶企业应进行的行为组织方式的变革.
