Evidencing shipment from Chinese port to Vancouver,Canada of the following goods:
About 40,000 yards WHITE POPLIN 100% cotton ,$0.66 cdn per yard CIFC3 Montreal,details as per your S/C No.92/1287 dated Ict.16,1998,to the effected in two shipments during November,1998.
Partial shipments are not allowed .Transshipment is allowed.
This credit expires on December 31,1998 at our country.
We hereby engage with the drawers,endorsed and bonafide holders that drafts drawn and negotiated in conformity with the terms of this credit will be duly honored on presentation and that drafts accepted within the terms of this credit will be duly honored at maturity.
This credit is subject to UCP500.
