After much disussion and the recommandation of the staff supervisor,the executive committee(执行委员会) has agreed to change the schedule for all resident care-givers.Starting from September 1st they will only be required to work every other
weekend instead of two out of every three weekends.
This change will give our delicated staff an additional weekend off per month.
