haven't正确.以字典为准
havn't如果只是个别出现在练习册上而不是很多书都有这样写
我觉得有印刷错误的可能

都正确，英语国家很多，都有自己的风格和习惯。这些写法任何一个都不能说是错，英语是用来说的用来用的，不是用来考试，这点要把握住。
haven't is correct form. maybe havn't is the Chinese way of doing the short cut~~ haha...
but if you are writing an essay, you'd better use have not, caz it's more formal..
