didn't used to和usedn't to没有本质区别，只不过usedn't是很早以前的说法，现代英语基本上不用，我上初三的时候，英语课本里写到了，觉得挺有意思，就记下来了
前者是不习惯如何做
后者是曾经不如何做

or:
Does Tom use to......................
Tom usedn’t to get up at 6, but at 8 every morning.
认为意思都一样.但好象用do not use to更常见.
没有区别。都对。
