cctv寻找真功夫:关于系统启动失败,蓝屏的问题

本人用的是XP系统,SP2版本,近期经常会启动失败,出现蓝屏,要重新好几次才能进入系统,望高手告知是怎么回事.怎么解决!
蓝屏显示如下内容：
a problem has been detected and windows has been shut down to prevent damage to your computer.

if this is the first time you've seen this stop error screen,restart your computer.
if this screen appears again,follow these steps:
check to make sure any new hardware of software is properly installed.if this is a new installation,ask your hardware of software manufacturer for any windows updates your might need.
if problems continue,disable or remove any newly installed hardware of software.disable bios memory options such as catching or shadoming.if you need to use safe mode to remove or disable components,restart your computer,press F8 to select advanced start up options,and then select safe mode.
